Meeting between residents and artists

During the FIC Fest 2020 the guest artists will share the moments of their residence, thus having the opportunity to dialogue and compare each other.

The meeting point between residents and local artists will be called “Cuttigghiu”, a Sicilian word meaning “courtyard”. The meeting will be led by Stefano Tomassini, who will reflect with those who will participate on the creation process, on the aesthetics summoned and the materials used in the work. Another point of reflection will be the artistic dimension and the daily life of the residence in a dance production center: it will therefore be a dialogue with several voices, in the preferred tone of the conversation, according to a need above all for testimony and sharing of one’s work in progress.
