The course is divided into 2 parts. The first part of the class focuses on release exercises to lengthen muscles and reduce tension. Through this work she wants to inspire a change of habits, and let dancers move more efficiently. The second part is dedicated to the efficient alignment of the skeleton in order to develop a personal understanding of movement sequence. During the course she deals with: momentum, weight flow, relationship to gravity, breathing and impulse.
